Hiking Tallulah Gorge Georgia. Tallulah Gorge is one of the biggest canyons on the east coast. The canyon is roughly 1,000 feet deep and two miles long. Tallulah Gorge State Park offers camping, hiking, biking, kayaking, swimming and fishing. Six water falls refered to ass “Tallulah Falls” are a major attraction, and they drop over 500ft into the Canyon. The trails are well marked and maintained. Parts of the popular motion pictures Grizzly and Deliverance were filmed in Tallulah Gorge.
