Kayaking the Chattahoochee River - Buford Dam to McGinnis Ferry
This video details kayaking the Chattahoochee River between Buford Dam to McGinnis Ferry Road. This is an all day paddle. There are two river access points in between these two locations, HWY 20 and Settles Bridge, so the trip can be broken up into half day trips.
This stretch of river provides on of the best trout fisheries in the state of Georgia. The Georgia State Record Brown Trout was caught at 20 Rock, just above the HWY 20 Bridge.
